Tammy Adrian Named SVP, Enterprise HR Technology and People Analytics

ATLANTA, August 6, 2024 — Cox Enterprises announced that Tammy Adrian has been promoted to senior vice president of enterprise human resources technology and people analytics. Her new role adds oversight for payroll, Workday optimization, data insights and analytics across the company. She will continue to maintain highly matrixed relationships with key stakeholder groups in all Cox divisions. 

Adrian joined Cox in February 2020 as vice president of HR strategy and enablement at Cox Communications. She moved to Cox Enterprises last fall. 

This promotion reflects the company's ongoing commitment to developing internal talent and enhancing its HR capabilities across the organization.
