07/30/2024
ATLANTA (July 30, 2024) — Techstars Atlanta Powered by Cox Enterprises recently announced its 2024 cohort of ten innovative startups, nine of which have diverse founding teams. The program didn't have to look far to find these future-focused companies — six are based in Atlanta, and two are from the Southeast region.
The 2024 Techstars Atlanta Powered by Cox Enterprises class includes:
- Aayats - The AI-powered marketplace connecting musicians with industry professionals
- BetterCEO - Making life easier for neurodivergent business owners
- DressyClub - Connecting college students through shared closets
- Hearthmates - A mobile app for roommate matchmaking and collaborative housing search
- Honey to Cocoa - Leveraging AI to help people of color match makeup to their unique skin tones
- Liquid - The decision engine helping you grow your salon business
- Nourish and Bloom - AI-powered cashier-less checkout technology for any retail store
- StageWing - An event production equipment-sharing community where members can rent the best pro gear
- Stork Exchange - An easy way for parents to buy and sell secondhand baby goods
- SWITCH - Connect with real people in a live audio speed-date
These teams are participating in a 13-week journey of rapid acceleration and growth, both personally and professionally. A key aspect of the program is the one-on-one mentoring that includes thousands of hours of individualized support from Cox Enterprises employees, local Atlanta business leaders and the broader Techstars network. The program will help build networks, provide education and create future fundraising opportunities.
The transformative 90-day program ends with the Techstars Atlanta Demo Day event on Oct. 9. It is an opportunity for each startup to showcase its growth and innovations in front of investors and supporters.
