Cox Again Named a 'Great Place to Work'

CCI_CoxOne_1280x720-(1).pngFor the fourth year in a row, Cox has been certified as a “Great Place to Work,” cementing the company as a globally recognized workplace based on employee feedback and an overall commitment to a great employee experience.

About the Award

This coveted research-backed award is based on an annual two-step survey conducted by an independent third-party company called Great Place to Work (GPTW). The certification is meant to show job seekers which companies genuinely offer a great company culture. To earn the Great Place to Work certification, GPTW gathered extensive feedback from thousands of randomly selected employee surveys.

The Big Picture

At Cox, we’re determined to build an open, inclusive environment where great people want to work and where every employee feels valued, respected and empowered to create a better future. While we’re proud of our progress and appreciate the recognition we’ve received along the way, we know there’s still plenty of work to be done.
