Cox Enterprises Promotes Vic Chandar to Director of Client Operations

Cox Enterprises today announced that Vic Chandar has been promoted to director of client operations, effective immediately. He reports to Andre Reese, assistant vice president of information services operations.
“Vic’s team plays a critical role in making sure our employees have the tools and resources needed to be successful on a daily basis,” said Reese. “He manages a variety of technology applications to ensure seamless network operations regardless of an employee’s physical location.”
Chandar oversees Cox’s information technology employee support center that provides assistance to more than 50,000 employees. He also manages desktop and voice services support and the network operations center, as well as implements new technologies for workplace efficiency and continuity.
Prior to joining Cox in 2007, Chandar worked for Deloitte.
He received bachelor’s degrees in accounting and biochemistry from the University of Manitoba and is a certified management accountant. Chandar participates as a mentor in Cox’s mentoring program and is a member of the Society for Information Management and Helpdesk Institute.
