Atlanta Business Chronicle honors Maury Wolfe for her contributions to social impact

Maury Wolfe, vice president of corporate responsibility and social impact at Cox Enterprises, has been named a "Top Practitioner" in Atlanta Business Chronicle's 2024 Leaders in Corporate Citizenship Awards.

This honor underscores Cox’s influence and focus on our environment and community.

Under Maury’s leadership, the Corporate Social Responsibility team:

  • Created 34 by 34, our social impact initiative, which has empowered more than six million people to live more prosperous lives since 2020.
  • Launched Cox Impact, our employee engagement platform through which employees have completed over 200,000 volunteer hours.
  • Forged local and national nonprofit partnerships in STEAM and environmental sustainability.
  • Stood up our first Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) committee and completed our first materiality assessment to determine which ESG issues matter most.
  • Graduated 40 startups from Techstars Impact Powered by Cox Enterprises.

The Leaders in Corporate Citizenship Awards celebrates individuals who balance social responsibility with corporate success. Honorees demonstrate unwavering commitment to engaging in and supporting these efforts in Georgia. The award ceremony for all winners took place on Thursday, February 15.
