Tammy Adrian

Tammy Adrian leads the team responsible for the strategy and delivery of all HR technology, including Workday HCM, HR reporting and analytics and payroll and tax services.

Tammy has over 25 years of experience in various HR, technology and operations roles. She joined Cox in 2020 after holding several executive-level roles with other companies, including ADP, where she served as division vice president responsible for human capital management (HCM) software implementation. She also spent over a decade at Equifax as the senior vice president of U.S. operations fulfillment and senior vice president of IT strategy.

Tammy has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maryland and a bachelor of science in marketing from the State University of New York. She lives in Atlanta and enjoys giving back to the community and being highly involved in her children’s sporting activities.
