Mandy Shuck

Mandy Shuck is the senior vice president of total rewards for Cox Enterprises. In her role, she leads compensation, long-term incentive plans, rewards and recognition, benefits, wellness, and retirement programs.

Shuck brings more than 20 years of experience, spanning sales, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and human resources. Prior to joining Cox in 2018, she was the head of total rewards at Whole Foods Market and spent nearly a decade at Dell Technologies.

Shuck is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She is actively involved in the community and has been a member of the Human Rights Campaign for over 15 years.
