Craig Hodges
Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs
Craig Hodges oversees corporate social responsibility, corporate communications and public affairs.
Before joining Cox, Hodges served as vice president of corporate affairs and communications at VF Corporation, the parent company to apparel and footwear brands including Vans, The North Face, Timberland, Dickies and Supreme. During his 10 years there, Hodges was responsible for all aspects of communications that helped to promote and protect VF’s reputation, including public relations, crisis and issues management, executive visibility, ESG reporting, digital and social channels, and corporate sponsorships and advertising. He was also the President of the VF Foundation and served on the company’s global executive leadership team.
With more than 20 years of experience in corporate affairs and communications, Hodges also served as a communications executive with Michelin, and at agencies including Edelman, the world’s largest independent strategic communications firm.
Hodges earned his bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Tennessee. He is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society and an accredited member (APR) of the Public Relations Society of America.
