Cody Partin

Senior Vice President, Enterprise Security and Corporate Services

Cody Partin is the senior vice president of enterprise security and corporate services at Cox Enterprises.

In his role, Partin oversees security for our enterprise headquarters, managing physical security, investigations, business continuity, crisis management, identity theft and loss prevention. He works closely with the senior leadership at Cox companies to advise and recommend security policies and procedures. He is also responsible for the operations and maintenance of Cox’s corporate facilities and their associated food service and fitness centers, as well as the company’s real estate strategy and transactions. He also oversees Cox’s aviation operations and is president of the Cox Employee Relief Fund.

In his prior role, Partin led the planning, strategic design, implementation and administration of employee benefits, executive compensation, talent management, inclusion and diversity and human resources technology services. Under his purview, Cox implemented new programs and benefits that contributed to the company being consistently recognized as an employer of choice.

Partin joined the company in 2009 as vice president of real estate and corporate services, where he played an instrumental role in expanding the corporate campus and managing the company’s immense real-estate portfolio. Prior to Cox, Partin was an associate at Dow Lohnes PLLC.

He currently serves on the board of trustees for Oglethorpe University and is a member of the board of directors for the Atlanta Botanical Garden, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta, and the Evans Group. He formerly served as chair of the Fulton Perimeter Community Improvement District and on the board of directors for the Perimeter Business Alliance, the Sandy Springs/Perimeter Chamber of Commerce and TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc. Partin is a graduate of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2021 and is an active supporter of CURE Childhood Cancer.

Partin earned a bachelor’s degree in politics from Oglethorpe University, a law degree from Harvard Law School and a master’s degree in business administration from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
