Anne Lofye
Senior Vice President, Corporate Services & Sustainability
Anne Lofye leads a multi-functional team responsible for Enterprise Security, Real Estate and Facilities Operations, Aviation Operations and Cox Conserves, our environmental sustainability program. She oversees the planning and operationalization of long-term strategies across these areas while ensuring strong day-to-day execution.
Anne has over 25 years of experience in real estate and corporate services. She joined Cox in 2011 and has held roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as vice president of Real Estate for Cox Enterprises, where she led a team focused on driving strategic, efficient, and customer-focused solutions in real estate transactions, lease administration, design, construction and project management.
Prior to joining Cox, Anne was a senior vice president with CBRE, a leading global commercial real estate services company. During her tenure there, she provided real estate brokerage services, driving creative and effective solutions for companies executing their real estate strategies both locally and across the United States.
Anne earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Georgia and serves as vice chair of the Fulton County Board for the Perimeter Community Improvement District.
