100 Black Men of America

Cox partners with the 100 Black Men of America Collegiate 100 chapters across the nation through interactive workshops. Cox employees lead workshops and share insights on enhancing leadership, career readiness skills, business etiquette, public speaking and securing a job.

Cox Mentoring Program

Cox - Chamblee Charter High School Mentoring Program

For over 20 years, Cox has partnered with Chamblee Charter High School in the annual Cox-Chamblee Mentoring Program. In addition to financial support, over 45 Cox employees commit time once a week with their mentees. The program includes one-on-one mentoring, four major events hosted by Cox and scholarships.

National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ)
Cox Media Group is a sponsor for the National Association of Black Journalists Conference and participated in the career expo. By being an exhibitor, Cox is able to meet many diverse  candidates who could potentially be recruited for our media properties.


National Association of Hispanic Journalist (NAHJ)
Cox Enterprises hosted the regional NAHJ convention in Atlanta at Central Park. Representatives from Cox's Hispanic newspaper Mundo Hispanico served as speakers.
